A plant growth supplement company partnered with Solvve to evaluate and enhance their business management system, aiming to optimize workflows.
Their goal was to expand market presence, maximize automation, and improve customer communication. This involved launching a website, integrating with the Mercadolibre marketplace, implementing Odoo Twilio for SMS, enabling two-way messaging on WhatsApp, and introducing other services.
Additionally, ongoing support and staff training for Odoo usage were required.
Solution
During collaboration, SOLVVE tested and corrected all errors in the system. Two websites were deployed, each hosting the company's stores for two different products. Integration with the MercadoLibre marketplace was completed. This included setting up automatic publication on the marketplace using Odoo resources and enabling automatic collection of statistics in Odoo. Additionally, currency update functionality has been configured to automatically update currency values. A complete inventory was established using the Current Stock function, allowing the company to easily track remaining goods in the warehouse. Communication with clients can now also be conducted using Odoo without additional tools or platforms. For this purpose, Odoo integration was configured with the Twilio service for sending SMS and with WhatsApp for mass automatic messaging.
SOLVVE conducted Odoo workflow training for personal to ensure efficient use of the system and provided ongoing monitoring and guidance. Regular updates from the Odoo repository by the SOLVVE team helped identify and resolve issues, such as payments not correctly returned to Odoo, which caused orders to remain unpaid when processed through the website using a third-party payment provider.
