The Challenges


A company engaged in the supply and retail sale of goods for body repair approached Solvve to automate its processes using Odoo ERP. The company needed a strategy to adapt its processes for automation with Odoo. Additionally, it was essential to develop a unified communication system between departments and select tools to ensure effective project management.


Solution 


 After thoroughly analyzing the company's processes, Solvve's Odoo consultants devised a strategy to gradually automate operations while establishing a new framework for inter-departmental collaboration. This initiative included building a comprehensive communication infrastructure that facilitated both vertical and horizontal connections. It involved replacing outdated tools such as messengers and the Bitrix system, minimizing reliance on telephone communications.


Automation of customer store requests was streamlined through the implementation of a Helpdesk system. Project Management settings were leveraged to introduce a task management system across the organization, ensuring efficient task decomposition and delegation at all hierarchical levels. The system was tailored to align with the client's operational nuances and technical support requirements.


Furthermore, the launch of an CRM system enabled effective monitoring of potential new client development. A systematic approach to personnel education and training was also developed and implemented to maximize the utilization of Odoo ERP capabilities.



We analyzed the company's processes, identified those requiring optimization, and restructured them for seamless automation. This approach not only streamlined the processes but also eliminated the need for additional personnel and reduced the number of direct operations.
