The Challenges


HL Cafe approached Solvve with the task of refining crucial functions within the ERP system to enhance operational efficiency. 

This included importing source data to establish a unified database, automating payment processes and reminders. Additionally, HL Cafe aimed to establish a robust online customer support system, requiring correct email configuration, and addressing minor issues in the Odoo website and resource booking. 

Solvve was the chosen partner due to their professionalism, task flexibility, and readiness to tackle specific customization needs, aligning with HL Cafe's commitment to innovation and problem-solving.

Solution 

Solvve effectively addressed all tasks by leveraging Odoo13, the software chosen by the client's previous IT partner. The comprehensive approach included importing initial data into the system to establish a robust foundation. Subsequently, Solvve fine-tuned the POS module of Odoo, implementing enhancements for a more automated workflow complete with reminders and seamless Stripe payment integration.

Furthermore, Solvve configured the system to ensure accurate and reliable email communication with clients. They resolved minor issues on the company website and in Odoo resources, enhancing its functionality, and addressed any glitches pertaining to resource booking. This meticulous attention to detail and a comprehensive problem-solving approach resulted in a streamlined and optimized system across various modules.



Thanks to the SOLVVE team, the client can now track and manage customers, inventory, and user data more efficiently. The client appreciated how the vendor provided quick and clear communication and timely fixes when bugs come up.
